Shane

Synopsis

The man behind the legend.

Shane Warne grew up dreaming of a career in football. Instead, he became one of the greatest cricketers of his generation, mastering the demanding art of wrist-spin bowling. Fame brought adulation, wealth and prestige, but scandal and personal upheaval threatened everything he had built. Through extensive interviews with Warne, his family, friends and peers, Shane explores the talent, determination and fear of failure behind his extraordinary career — and his return from a twelve-month ban to become one of sport’s most formidable competitors.
